We have successfully managed thousands of properties over the last 23+ years for owners worldwide. Our goal is to work each property as if it was the only property we had to offer. Our rental manager, Kay Mack, takes it as a personal insult if one of our properties goes unrented. Currently we have in excess of 100 properties in our program.

Our office is open 7 days a week and has a toll free number which we welcome owners, tenants and prospective tenants to use anytime. If you are considering placing your Florida property into our rental program call Kay at 800-697-8454 (from anywhere in North America , from Europe our country code is 011. She will be glad to discuss our rates and requirements with you. Should you call and Kay is not available feel free to leave your number and Kay will return your call right away. Another option if Kay is not available is to ask for the Broker, Jay Wetherill. Although not as well versed as the rental manager, Jay should be able to answer most of your questions.

Seasonal Tenants: Will be required to pay a $500.00 security deposit at the time of confirming the rental. Upon arrival the guest will be required to pay for their entire stay at check-in. To insure your property was well cared for the security deposit is held until our staff inspects the unit after the guest checks out.

Annual Tenants: Are required to complete an application and pay a $45.00 fee for the credit/background check. This is done by our office thru Experian, you must have a satisfactory report prior to signing the lease. A security deposit of 1½ months rent and the 1 st month's rent is then collected at the time the tenant moves in. The monthly rent is paid to Fiddler's Green Realty of Englewood, Inc. and we in turn forward to you your funds after we deduct our fee.

Repairs/Replacements: As a property owner from time to time repairs/replacements, both minor and major may be needed to rental properties. If a needed repair/replacement is less than $100.00 we will have a repairman complete the repair/replacement and pay them out of your account. An itemized bill will be sent to you with you monthly statement. Any repair or replacement which would exceed $100.00 the property owner would be contacted prior to the work being done. In the event that an emergency repair was needed we would do the repair immediately and attempt to call the owner as soon as possible (broken water pipe etc,).

The bottom line is we know this area, we know the type of tenant you want and we strive to put the most desirable guests into your home.
